How do I return an item for a refund?

 

Refunds are not allowed; items maybe returned for exchange 


How do I exchange an item?

 

Please be sure to include your Order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you ensure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; AZARI cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.

Returns & Exchanges Procedure

 

Please note our policy:  Refunds are not allowed; items may be returned for exchange at Azariboutique.com or IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Please do not return any SALE or “FINAL SALE” item, as it is unable to be returned or exchanged and you will not be given a store credit.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

 

FINAL SALE” items are: Clothing must be returned with all tags attached. All accessories and swimwear are final sale. All items purchased with a coupon code are final sale.  All items that are purchased during a sale are final sale. PHF boutique is not responsible for lost packages Due to incorrect shipping information.

 

Allowable returned items will be given store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS. PHF prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 4 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs.

 

Items received after the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Items received after 8 days will not be accepted.  A shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged for all exchanges.  If you received complimentary shipping on your order, a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the returned credit amount.  Please view our website for shipping charges.

 

RETURNS will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges. Items returned must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hangtags, etc. Including the original invoice.  The company will not accept any item returned items with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
